A Distinguished Career
Mr. K.V.R.S.A. Raju, born in Jangareddygudem, Andhra Pradesh, is the son of the late Krishnamurthy and Pushpawathi. He holds a Master’s in Economics from Andhra University, an LLM from Ammanati University, and the CAIB qualification, reflecting his strong expertise in banking and finance.
He is married to Smt. Sri Vasavi Ratna Nannedi and blessed with three children, enjoying a peaceful retired life with his grandchildren.

Mr. Raju began his career in public sector banking and rose to become Assistant General Manager at Canara Bank. Renowned for his discipline and integrity, he made a notable impact throughout his service.
He later served as Executive Vice President in the Ministry of HRD, contributing to India’s education sector through financial innovation and infrastructure development.

Had the rare distinction of inaugurating a Canara Bank branch on the sacred Seven Hills, serving pilgrims and locals alike for seven years.

Again had the rare distinction of inaugurating the Sri Sathya Sai Branch (Canara Bank) in Sathya Sai Baba Ashrama, providing services to devotees and deepening his spiritual engagement.
A New Mission Post-Retirement: Sri Vasavi Matrimony
After retiring, Mr. Raju could have chosen a quiet life. Instead, he chose purpose over comfort. Seeing the growing challenges in arranging marriages within the Arya Vysya community, he launched Srivasavi Matrimony in 2017—not as a business, but as a free service. What began as a single WhatsApp group is today a global platform with over 4,000 members, actively facilitating matrimonial matches based on families' preferences and traditions.
Thanks to his tireless efforts, over 600 marriages have been successfully arranged—without charging a single rupee. In a space often commercialized, Mr. Raju's initiative is driven by compassion, community, and cultural continuity.
